Our engineering team identified the underlying issue and implemented a fix. Email Configuration services have been restored, and domain information, DNS records, and related configuration data should now display normally.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Email Configuration section within the Business App. As a result, email domain information, including DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, may not be displayed correctly or may fail to load entirely.
Current Impact
Email Configuration page may remain in a loading state.
Authorized email domains may not be visible.
DNS configuration details (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) may not display.
Users may see a "No usable domains" message even when domains are already configured.
